The Office of the Source Design (OSD) role defines the DAO purpose which informs the DAO architecture.
The Office of Source Design designs the architecture for the DAO.
The responsibility of the DAO architecture is to evolve the DAO purpose over time between all DAO partners, consistent with non-dual governance principles.
The responsibility of the architecture is to account for all possible requirements and scenarios a studio requires to operate.
The responsibility of the OSD is to provide architecture that can provide bootstrapping growth which can finance all DAO operations.
The OSD is a governance role which approves the design and architecture and purpose of the DAO which is their role as SD.
The responsibility of the OSD is to accurately communicate the various architecture and roles that operate and launch the DAO of Big Mother to the Office of Product Designers and DAO Partners in a manner that makes sense to them.
It is the responsibility of the SD to therefore provide a first version for the DAO Constitution.
- This includes a constitution for how the DAO forms via nine stages or stepping stones
- This includes the responsibility of the SD to reliably explain the constitution and the architecture.
- This includes a constitution and form of governance for how the DAO operates once it is fully formed.
The DAO is fully formed when through the nine stages of the DAO formation the office of source design have identified and assigned properly formed roles for Project Designers, Partners and Members that will form DAO projects from the revenue generated by the DAO formation.
The OSD is responsible for providing a system of governance that is continually mutually resolving between all roles, partners, and members of the DAO.
- This system of governance is fully transparent.
- All decisions happen within a semi-public interface via tools that are provided via DAO partnerships, as defined in the DAO constitution, as approved by the OSD
The OSD is responsible for providing and maintaining the governance platform for the studio and any applications onto the blockchain.

The OSD is responsible for creating, developing, and approving the “pipeline” and the partnership funding queue, although any DAO partner can submit a project or a partnership for consensus building at any time.

The pipeline is a list of possible DAO projects as well as DAO studio releases.
- The Pipeline therefore is a list of approved DAO projects and PDM (production, marketing, distribution) timelines.
- The funding queue are the list of partners who the DAO is funding projects for.
The pipeline is informed by the DAO constitution as it applies to partnerships.

OFFICE OF SOURCE DESIGN

The office of the Office of Source Design (OSD) appoints DAO partners into the Office of Project Designers. (OPD)

The Office of Project Designers is responsible for making sure that they understand the architecture and purpose as defined by the OSD constitution, and applying those principles to new projects emerging from DAO partners and DAO members for approval into the pipeline of the DAO studio.

The OPD may only submit a project as a DAO partner role, which can be approved by the Office of Source Design or a senior member of the Office of the Project Designer

The DAO launches projects (or what we call “seasons,”) which are creative works, starting with our Bucky Fuller cartoon. Projects are what the DAO releases as “seasons”. We are about to launch season 1. These creative works will use NFT for distribution. This projects will support partnerships, which can be running their own projects, not influenced or managed by the DAO. Big Mother Inc and Aiki Wiki are not DAO projects, they are DAO partners

The OPD interprets the purpose and architecture without exceeding its boundaries and designs a new variation of the OPD architecture to fit the project.

The OPD is therefore responsible for the smooth flow of distribution through the network of all projects they manage.

This means that a creator or artist has presented a concept that can be translated into a unique NFT economy and game within the DAO marketplace of partners that is consistent with the OSD architecture and purpose.

All OPD are approved by the OSD.

There is no limit to the number of OPD, while there is always only one OSD

It is the responsibility of the Office of Source Design to successfully pass on the architecture and purpose of the OSD to new OPDs emerging from DAO partners and DAO members.

DAO Partners

DAO partners are approved by invitation only through the office of the OSD and only by OPD’s when given a certain type of permission.

All partner projects and timelines are approved by the OSD or the OPD.

DAO partners are DAO members who contribute art, designs, production support or execution, transactions, tools, resources, development or research for the DAO.

DAO partners will maintain the following offices:

The Office of Finance, Budgets, Projections and Accounting.
The Office of the Law (legal partners)
The Office of Media, Marketing, and Messaging

A DAO partner can be an attorney or legal office, accountant, a start-up company, a non-profit or a research organization including Universities, or any creator, artist, designer or producer.

DAO Members

DAO members are the lifeblood of the DAO.

Just like the DAO does not hire anyone, nor does it have any employees, the DAO neither seeks customers, clients, audience or fans, but rather members.

Any level or participation with DAO events and productions turns our customers, fans, clients and seekers into a productive, revenue earning, fun collaborative and active community.

DAO members are any individual who shares the purpose with the DAO and helps build DAO momentum by participating in our digital events

All DAO members make revenue by participating in DAO events

DAO members are invited by invitation by the OSD or by participating in our DAO’s NFT community “sale of copyright”.

All DAO members can earn revenue or build resources within the DAO network, but may not propose projects unless by invitation by the OSD, OPD.

All DAO members have the right to participate and influence in DAO consensus building and receive insider access to DAO projects and events.
